Know Who Is Eligible To Take COVID-19 Vaccine Bhubaneswar :  As the COVID-19 vaccination drive is set to begin tomorrow, the Health and Family Welfare Department has issued guidelines as to who all are barred from taking the shot. Informing about the guidelines as decided by the Centre, Health and Family Welfare Department Director and Odisha Vaccine In-charge Bijay Panigrahi  said people below 18 years, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers are not permitted to take the vaccine shots.
